SATISFACTION, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Your product comes with a conditional satisfaction guarantee of 3 months.
Your satisfaction is our most important consideration. We really do want you to be completely happy with your purchase. So much so, that our guarantee to you is that if you don’t like it, we’ll give it to you for free.
Whether you like or don’t like a perfume is highly subjective, but we understand that no matter how good our product is, sometimes it just does not work for you. Just let us know and we will either send you a buy 1 get 1 free coupon to get something else or credit your account with reward points whichever is most applicable.
This is an honour-based system and we ask that you don’t abuse it just to get perfume for free.
For exchanges the process is the same. The reality is that with the courier costs what they are, it makes little sense for you to send the product back to us and for us to replace it and then send it back. We will rather send you a buy 1 get 1 free coupon to use as you wish, that way you get the most for your money.
We use coupons and our reward points system to manage this. You will get either a coupon or your account will be credited with reward points that you may then spend anytime you wish.
How the exchange or satisfaction guarantee will be handled is based on when the product was purchased from us, as detailed in the table below
- Within 30 days 100% of purchase value or buy 1 get one free coupon
- 30 days – 60 days 50% of purchase value in reward points
- 60 days – 90 days 25% of purchase value in reward points
- 90 days or more Nil
The process is straight forward:
Just send us an email telling us which product is not working for you. Tell us why you don’t like it in as much detail as you can (this helps us improve our service offering) or if you wish to exchange it, and we will credit your account with the requisite value of reward points or send you a coupon you can use whenever you choose. Whether we send you a coupon or issue reward points is entirely at our discretion.
We will confirm when you purchased the product and based on the above time periods we will notify you if we will send you a coupon or the equivalent reward points value that we will credit to your account.
Easy as that.
There are a few conditions:
We cover the cost of the product and not the delivery cost to get it to you. We don’t collect the product being replaced, it’s yours to keep.
We reserve the right after 3 claims, returns or exchanges to refuse your claim.
This policy applies only to full size bottles (50ml for perfumes, 100ml for Diffusers and Mists) and does not include samples or travel sizes.
DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP AND/OR MATERIALS
If the product is defective ie the bottle leaks or an atomizer stops working or something of the like, the process is the same as for an exchange. Please explain the problem in as much detail as you can. If it’s a problem that can be fixed without replacement we will send you instructions on what to do to remedy the problem.
If the problem cannot be fixed we will credit your account with reward points on the following basis, based on when you purchased the product from us:
- Within 30 days 100% of purchase value or buy 1 get one free coupon
- 30 days – 60 days 50% of purchase value
- 60 days – 90 days 25% of purchase value
- 90 days or more Nil
All time periods whether it be for exchange or due to defect are measured from the date that the order is placed on our system.
With defective products, the decision on whether or not to issue reward points lies with us and is not open to review, however we do undertake to be open-minded and fair in our determination.
We reserve the right to review this policy on a periodic basis as and when is required and to make whatever amendments we in our sole discretion decide on.
